Kreuzberg's Gorlitzer Park is what remains of grand Gorlitzer Bahnhof train station. A warm-weather magnet for family barbecues, it has lots of kiddie attractions and multicultural appeal.

The Britzer Garten in Berlin's district Neukolln is a natural wonderland of lakes, lawns, hills, and woods. Its splendid rose garden is outshone only by the half million tulips bursting into glorious bloom each spring.
Freizeitpark Tegel is a children's park with plenty of adult appeal. The well-equipped playground is accompanied by tennis and volleyball courts and paddle boats for excursions on Greater Malchsee.
